Okay, but what if you create something different than my vision?
We have few ways to make sure that everything goes exactly as you planned.
Before we take your order, we’ll help you create your color scheme. Which can include painting sample miniatures for you, to make sure that you know exactly what you’ll receive at the end.
We try to consult any uncertainty during the process.
We can also include extra Work in Progress checks upon request.
What about delays?
Painting miniatures is very time consuming and complicated work and it’s reasonable worry.
We are experienced painters and we can predict how much time certain work will take. However often we have waiting list, so you may need to wait before we get your miniatures on the worktable.
We work with calendar to book your place and estimate when we start and finish your order. During the work on your order we’ll be able to give more and more precise completion date.
How do I know if photos on you site are not cherry picked? What if I receive something of lesser quality?
We post whole orders, miniatures are photographed in small groups, so everything is visible. We avoid “pretty in the front, ugly in the back” settings.
You’ll receive sample miniature of the color scheme and quality you requested. We start the main work only if we agree on the sample miniature.
If you are ordering only one miniatures, we’ll send you early WiP photos of details to make sure that we’re heading the direction you desire.
If something is different than you wanted we’ll change it free of charge.
I want to order miniatures in few batches, I don’t want to have them mismatched.
We keep color scheme recipe for each order. You can order something after a year and we’ll be able to match the original style.
We are doing it all the time. Our clients often add new miniatures to their original order.
Service can get quite expensive. I really don’t want to be overcharged.
We are really flexible in our pricing. We’ll talk a lot with you before we estimate cost, just to get you exactly what you need.
Sometimes you may want to have army assembled and professionally airbrushed to give you spare time for working on details by yourself. Other time you may want display quality customized miniatures.
Each order is different and we make sure to deliver solution exactly for your needs.
Once we agreed on the price it’s final. We won’t charge you extra for unexpected costs.
I’m on the other side of the world, is the shipping even possible?
We have two shipping options both are available worldwide.
Regular International Register Letter: it takes 1-4 weeks to deliver to almost any place in the world. Tracking isn’t available, but it’s very reliable shipping option.
International Courier Package: It takes 5-10 days to deliver and includes tracking. This shipping option is free for orders over 800$ or cost 50$ for other orders.
What if my parcel will get damaged?
We pack your miniatures very carefully so the parcel is going to survive even the roughest treatment.
However if something will arrive damaged we’ll fix it free of charge.
